The St. Thomas Kinsmen are proud to present FLC 2022, "Here's Looking At You, Kin!" Originally bid for 2020 to commemorate Kin's 100th Anniversary, we are happy to be able to host fellow Kin in person once again for this movie-themed weekend of learning and fellowship.

The schedule of events will be a little different this year! On Friday night, we are offering an optional pub crawl-style fellowship event, including bus transportation to downtown St. Thomas and back again, along with a commemorative t-shirt ("one size", XXL).

For Kin not joining us on the pub crawl, there will be music and games in the BYOB hospitality suite Friday night.

The costume contest will take place on Saturday night around 11:30 pm. This will give everyone a chance to enjoy the Saturday night banquet, and then get into their costumes to dance the night away in the main ballroom.

Dress up as characters from your favorite movie! There will be prizes, including for Best Costume(s), and if you really want to wow the crowd, you (or your club) can perform a 1-2 minute scene from the movie for a chance at the prize for Best Performance!

Rooms

Rooms are $119 per night plus taxes. To book, call the Ramada by Wyndham London directly at 519-681-4900 and use code "110422KIN". Most rooms feature 2 Queen beds, but the King bed rooms and suites are also reserved as part of the "KINS" block.

Please book your rooms early, as the pricing and block is only guaranteed until October 14th!

Registration

Please complete a separate form for each person registering for a full or partial FLC registration. Payment can be combined on one cheque, but please complete a separate form for each registrant.

The Amazing Race Event - The District would like to know if you are willing to be a driver in the Amazing Race event portion of Saturday business. You would need to have a vehicle that will transport yourself and 3 other team members. Please be sure to indicate Yes or No to the question on the Registration form.

• Early Full Registration: $140 (if received by October 22, 2022; late registrations $10 extra)
  Includes Saturday Conference Package (breakfast buffet, hot buffet lunch, coffee breaks and snack break) Saturday Night Banquet and Dance, and hot buffet breakfast Sunday morning.
• Saturday Banquet Only: $70
  Includes Saturday Banquet and Dance.
• Friday Pub Crawl: $30
  Optional fun and fellowship event! Includes bus transportation to and from downtown St. Thomas, with 4 venues within a short walking distance. Also includes a commemorative "one-size" (XXL) t-shirt. Teams will be formed at random.
  Bus will leave the host hotel at 7:30pm SHARP, with a later run leaving at 8:30pm if needed (allowing for visits to 3 of the 4 venues). We expect participants will arrive back at the hotel around 12:30am, with a later trip back if needed arriving around 1:30am.
