We&#8217;ve kept them straightforward \u2014 if you have any questions, don&#8217;t hesitate to reach out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Registration &amp; Payment<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Registration is confirmed once payment is received in full.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Early bird pricing is available until October 6, 2026. After that date, regular pricing applies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each registration covers one attendee. Please complete a separate registration form for each person you are registering.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancellations &amp; Refunds<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We understand that plans change. Here&#8217;s how we handle cancellations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Before October 22, 2026:<\/strong> We&#8217;re happy to provide a full refund, minus any payment processing fees. Just let us know as soon as you can.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>After October 22, 2026:<\/strong> Unfortunately, we&#8217;re unable to offer refunds after this date. Once we confirm our final headcount with the venue, we&#8217;re committed to those numbers \u2014 and those costs. We appreciate your understanding.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Event Changes<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While we don&#8217;t anticipate changes, the organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule, venue, or programming if circumstances require it. If a major change occurs, we&#8217;ll let registered attendees know as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Liability<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Attendees participate in all conference activities at their own risk.
