By registering for the 2026 District 1 Kin Fall Leadership Conference, you agree to the following terms. We’ve kept them straightforward — if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out.
Registration & Payment
- Registration is confirmed once payment is received in full.
- Early bird pricing is available until October 6, 2026. After that date, regular pricing applies.
- Each registration covers one attendee. Please complete a separate registration form for each person you are registering.
Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that plans change. Here’s how we handle cancellations:
- Before October 22, 2026: We’re happy to provide a full refund, minus any payment processing fees. Just let us know as soon as you can.
- After October 22, 2026: Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds after this date. Once we confirm our final headcount with the venue, we’re committed to those numbers — and those costs. We appreciate your understanding.
Event Changes
While we don’t anticipate changes, the organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule, venue, or programming if circumstances require it. If a major change occurs, we’ll let registered attendees know as soon as possible.
Liability
Attendees participate in all conference activities at their own risk. The Kinsmen Club of St. Thomas and District 1 Kin are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event.
